2008 'The Chatterer' Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc Merlot

These grapes were hand selected from the Gimblett Gravels growing region making this wine exceptionally fantastic value! This is a Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc Merlot blend that has rich dark plum on the nose and is black plum flesh in colour. Upfront fruit characteristics followed be lightly toasty oak derived from aging in French oak barriques.

This wine has a firm structure that will cellar well for up to 10 years, or enjoyed young accompanied by any red meat dish.
